About the Lake Macquarie One Act Play Festival
Lake Macquarie City Council is excited to be holding its third annual Lake Macquarie One Act Play Festival in April 2025 – a theatre competition showcasing short, sharp and exhilarating one-act plays from Lake Macquarie and beyond.
Entries are now open for all to apply. Applications are encouraged from established and amateur artists, including independent theatre artists, writers, directors, school, TAFE or University students and theatre groups both locally and nationally.
Entry is free with a total prize pool of $1900 on offer.
