Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) supports a vibrant, creative sector in a number of ways, including providing affordable studio and office space for Artists, Arts Organisations and Festivals.
Space 227 is a large working studio located on Level 2 of the Salamanca Arts Centre. Applications for tenancy in Space 227 are invited from individual or collective artists to use Space 227 as an arts studio space or arts business space.
Space 227 overlooks Wooby’s Lane with large windows for an abundance of natural light. It also has a small sink, exposed heritage wooden beams, and a combination of plaster and stone walls. Space 227 has hardboard flooring, multiple powerpoints, and an NBN connection.
Entry is via the stairs from Woobys Lane or Salamanca Place, or partial lift access from the Arts Centre Courtyard.
SAC Studios are working spaces only – they are not residential in nature. SAC Spaces come unfurnished.
