Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) supports a vibrant, creative sector in a number of ways, including providing affordable studio and office space for Artists, Arts Organisations and Festivals.
Space 123 is a working studio located on Level 1 of the Salamanca Arts Centre. Applications for tenancy in Space 123 are invited from individual artists, organisations, festival teams or collectives, to use Space 123 as an arts studio space or arts business space.
Space 123 is 48m2 with lots of natural light from three large sash windows overlooking Wooby’s Lane. There is additional fluorescent light, plus multiple powerpoints and an NBN connection. The Space has its own water supply and sink, for kitchenette and/or brushes wash-up. The walls are a mix of heritage stone and plaster, and there are wooden beams and floorboards.
Entry is via the stairs from Woobys Lane. Unfortunately this Space does not have level access, and can only be accessed via stairs.
SAC Studios are working spaces only – they are not residential in nature.
