Town Hall Takeover is a new initiative inviting artists working across all disciplines to incubate, activate, experiment, and explore.
Whether you want to develop a new performance, launch a music album, share an exhibition, present a creative market, or host a writer’s residency – Randwick Town Hall is yours for the taking.
Town Hall Takeover aims to expand creative offerings in our local area, activate the town hall in new ways and invest in new creative ideas.
Takeover Timelines
- 5 x takeover opportunities available
- Takeovers must be delivered before end of 2025
- Takeovers can include 1 x uninterrupted week in the space or 7 x individual days spread across the year
- $5000 stipend
Stipends can be used for artist fees, materials, mentorship, and creative collaboration. Stipends are paid in two parts, 50% prior to program commencing and remaining 50% upon completion.
As a hireable space accessible to all community, Randwick Town Hall is subject to availability.
