The Arts & Culture Advisory Committee (ACAC) provides an opportunity for people with creative backgrounds and expertise to participate in discussion and provide input and advice on arts and cultural matters in the Randwick LGA. Applications are open for 28 days and close at 9am on Friday 11 April 2025.

Members of the ACAC are a diverse range of arts and culture stakeholders with knowledge, expertise, and experience in their respective disciplines.

We encourage Committee members to actively engage with Council programs.

We are seeking community members who are residents of Randwick City Council or work for organisations in the LGA with expertise in the practice of the arts or in arts administration.

Community representatives will be sought on the basis of their specific expertise and involvement in a range of cultural practices:

  • performing arts (music, dance, drama, film)
  • literature
  • visual arts
  • Aboriginal arts, culture and heritage
  • arts education

You must be available to attend four meetings a year and undertake reading and preparation prior.

If you have any questions about the committee or application process, please contact Ms Roxanne Fea Manager Economic Development and Placemaking on 02 9093 6191 or email council@randwick.nsw.gov.au.
