Cultural Capital has been appointed by Health Infrastructure NSW to curate the art program for the new Kensington Street Building (KSB) at St George Hospital in Kogarah, NSW.
Cultural Capital is seeking expressions of interest for several art opportunities on the clinical floors of the KSB. Artists at all stages of their career are invited to register their interest. Artists living, working or who have a relationship to the St George Hospital catchment are strongly encouraged to apply.

EOI Submission Process
Applicants will submit a creative response that demonstrates their professional experience as an artist, designer or creative team relevant to the curatorial intent of the clinical floor opportunities along with an online form registering their personal details.
A selection of artists will be shortlisted from the EOI. Shortlisted artists will be paid $3000-$5000 to develop a concept, depending on the scale of the artwork scope.
One artist/artist team will be selected per opportunity. Artist fees to selected artists will range from $60,000-$100,000 depending on the scale of the opportunity.
Artists may respond to more than one opportunity and if they are successful, will be awarded a combined budget.

Nov – Dec 2024 – Shortlisted artists present concepts to Arts Committee. Successful artists are contracted
