Calling all creatives! MPavilion Parkville is seeking proposals for creative projects to be presented between 1 September to 31 October 2025. Be part of engaging students, staff and local communities through a dynamic Semester Two program at this community space in the heart of the University of Melbourne’s Parkville precinct.

MPavilion Parkville, designed by Glenn Murcutt AO, hosts an annual program of free, interactive, and engaging cultural events. Located outdoors, in a flexible, covered space, the artistic program takes inspiration from the pavilion’s architecture and environment, with activities including temporary art installations, performances, talks and workshops.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Enhancing student experience on campus
  • Creating opportunities for social connection
  • Supporting artistic enquiry and new forms of expression
  • Amplifying interesting ideas and response to issues of our time

Artists, students, staff, researchers, and local communities are all welcome to submit proposals.

Projects are funded up to $5,000, receive support from a creative producer, event manager, photography and marketing and communications. Visit our webpage to find out what further support MPavilion Parkville provides for your project.

Applications close on Sunday 1 June, 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
