Arts Access Victoria connects Deaf and Disabled artists with mentors to achieve individual artistic goals. Mentoring is a one–on–one relationship to support career development at all levels and across all artforms. The aim is to discover how to ‘do the right things’ to progress along your particular professional pathway.
How does it work?
- We align artistic and NDIS goals with you.
- We connect you with a practising artist who becomes your mentor.
- You meet regularly with your mentor to achieve your artistic goals.
- We review your progress mid- and end of year.
