MadeSC is Sunshine Coast Council’s creative development program, supporting independent artists, creative businesses and arts organisations to develop their arts practice and professional skills, create work and connect with opportunities to present.
EOIs are now open for MadeSC’s Annual Creative Development program. The EOI invites established contemporary artists from all disciplines to submit proposals for ambitious, innovative projects to be developed in collaboration with venues, organisations, and presenters across the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
The first step is simple EOI process. Think: high-level, low-resolution pitch that sells your bold, creative vision. Through the EOI, successful artists will be invited to submit a full application.
MadeSC will provide:
- Artist stipends ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 to support any aspect of your project.
- In-person and online engagements, including workshops, dialogues, and collaborative sessions.
- Opportunities to network with fellow MadeSC participants.
- Access to emerging technologies relevant to your creative practice.
- Mentorship from industry professionals across various fields.
- A dedicated industry event to present findings and showcase creative outcomes.
