Creative Engine | New Grant Round Now Open!

Have a creative idea or project you’ve been pondering that needs a bit of momentum?

Geelong Arts Centre is diving into 2025 with a new round of financial grants and in-kind studio and co-working access at their iconic Ryrie Street building!

Available Grants:

IGNITION
x 2 GRANTS AVAILABLE

For projects that are in the early stages of creation and need support in transitioning from creative development to preparation for presentation. 

·         Cash contribution: up to $5,000 (+ up to $2,000 in access costs if required)

·         In-kind access to rehearsal studio space (5 days)

·         Access to co-working and meeting spaces

 

JUMP START
x 2 GRANTS AVAILABLE

Jump Start cash offers grants and access to rehearsal space for ideas which need exploring further, and the space and time to do it.

·         Cash contribution: up to $3,000 (+ up to $2,000 in access costs if required)

·         In-kind access to rehearsal studio space (5 days)

·         Access to co-working and meeting spaces

 

PLACE TO MAKE
x 2 GRANTS AVAILABLE

Place to Make grants are designed to offer a testing ground for creatives and companies to sample and refine ideas.

·         In-kind access to rehearsal studio space (5 days ), OR,

·         In-kind desk access in Merge co-working space (3 months)
