The Office for the Arts is seeking Expressions of Interest from d/Deaf and disabled artists,
arts workers and screen practitioners across Australia to join an Implementation Advisory
Group to guide activities under Equity: the Arts and Disability Associated Plan.
The group will provide advice to the Australian Government on issues affecting people with
disability who work across the arts and screen industries or take part in arts and culture
through their own arts practice.
Membership is for an initial commitment of 1 year, which may be extended. Members will be
paid for their time preparing and attending meetings.
The plan is being delivered by the Office for the Arts in partnership with Creative Australia
and in close consultation with Screen Australia.
