photo access invites artists and curators of all career levels to submit their work for consideration in the 2025 Gallery Program. This is an opportunity to showcase your work in a gallery with an established local and national profile, engaged audiences and a dynamic network of artists, curators and arts commentators.
About Us
photo access is the Canberra region’s centre for contemporary photography, film, video and media arts. Located at the Manuka Arts Centre, we are a not-for–profit, member-based organisation fostering the creation, sharing and appreciation of photographic culture and photo-media practice.
About the Gallery Program
Our program aims to feature work by contemporary artists, demonstrating both technical and artistic excellence in all forms of photographic image-making, that will inform and inspire our visitors.
Successful projects will be curated into either a group show or a solo exhibition, depending on the strength, relevance, and context of the work. Selected artists will be given the opportunity to work closely with the photo access team to develop and realise their projects. Our experienced team will provide mentorship and logistical support, ensuring that your vision reaches its full potential
