What did you want to be when you grew up?
An actor. I saw some theatrical magic in My Fair Lady when I was 11, and I was hooked.
When did you know you would work in the arts?
I was a late bloomer. I didn’t have any idea of how to get into the business. I was 29 when a friend pointed out an audition notice in a Melbourne paper for an amateur production of Bus Stop. I got the role, and haven’t looked back.
