The Art Gallery of Western Australia has opened its doors in its first showcase of acquisitions since 1895.
The Recent Acquisitions Your Collection exhibition, which showcases works acquired by the gallery over the past two years, will be on display for the first time until 27 October 2013.
Featuring artists such as Pippin Drysdale, Brent Harris, Joy Hester, Kitty Kantilla, Dino Martens, Gulumbu Yunupingu, Blanche Tilden and Sunfly Tjampitjin, this exhibition highlights the works of local, national and international artists.
