Celebrating outstanding achievements in the professional performing arts in 2017, Melbourne’s theatre, music theatre, dance and opera sectors gathered to celebrate the 35th annual Green Room Awards on Monday night.
The ceremony, held at the Comedy Theatre, was hosted by MCs Anni Davey and Maude Davey and featured performances from drag cabaret ensemble YUMMY, the Victorian Opera Youth Chorus Ensemble, and the Chasing Smoke ensemble from BLAKflip (Circus Oz’s First Nations development program).
