Sydney College of the Arts (SCA), part of the University of Sydney, will be host to an international conference from 1-3 August that dissects and scrutinises how we construct images and still find meaning in them despite today’s deluge. With particular attention turned towards images in film, photography, television, the internet and contemporary art, these ideas are fleshed out in an exhibition concurrent with the conference.
