The City of Melbourne and Victoria Police urge witnesses to come forward with any information following the theft of the historic bronze sculpture Boy with Urn from Fitzroy Gardens, which was taken overnight on Friday 18 March.

‘This is a deliberate and callous theft of an important piece of Melbourne’s history. The community has a right to be outraged,’ said Counciller Arron Wood, Chair of the City of Melbourne’s Environment Portfolio.
