The Australia Council Bill has made it through the Senate in the final parliamentary sitting week before the election.


Minister for the Arts Tony Burke announced the Bill had passed this afternoon, meaning key reforms introduced by the Gillard Government in Creative Australia will become law before the Government goes to the polls.
