ANZAC Centenary Creative Advisor named

The new creative advisor for the Anzac Centenary Arts and Culture Fund will have an important influence on the commemorations.

Sir Jonathan Mills AO FRSE has been appointed as Creative Advisor for the Anzac Centenary Arts and Culture Fund, one of several government initiatives developed as part of the Anzac Centenary Program 2014-2018.

Mills’ previous positions include Artistic Director of the Melbourne Festival, the Melbourne Federation Festival, and the Brisbane Biennial International Music Festival. He currently serves as the Artistic Director of the Edinburgh International Festival, which recently unveiled its 2014 program, including several prominent Australian companies.

Richard is a life member of the Melbourne Queer Film Festival, a Melbourne Fringe Festival Living Legend, and was awarded the Sidney Myer Performing Arts Awards' Facilitator's Prize in 2020.
