Swinburne University in Melbourne has unveiled its newest architectural landmark – its second 5-star Green Star building in less than five years – reinforcing the university’s firm commitment to environmentally sustainable design.

The $100 million Advanced Manufacturing and Design Centre (AMDC) building, of which $30 million was supported by the government, will inject an innovative eco flair into both the campus and the larger community with its combination of functional, sustainable but also visually–astounding design.
