The Hayloft Project and Thyestes

The Hayloft Project is a young independent theatre company headed by co-artistic directors, Anne-Louise Sarks and Simon Stone. What the two have in common, apart from an astute passion for their work, is that they love to interrogate the process of making a piece of theatre and to use collaboration from participants at all levels. The Hayloft’s latest production, Seneca’s Thyestes, is aimed to be just that; a building block style of theatre, where each member forms a part of the whole, rather than being tweaked like puppets at the hands of a single masterful director.
