Regulations are killing creativity

Regulation and bureaucracy are sucking creativity out of public art in Australia. It’s easier to work overseas.

Warren Langley is well known for his large-scale site-specific public art works, glass monuments to light and colour. His landmark installations grace Parliament House, Canberra; the Maison de la Opera, Amiens, France; The Museum of Contemporary Art, Tacoma, US and Hong Kong airport.
