Ranters Theatre is one of Melbourne’s great ensemble groups. Establisher over 16 years ago by a group of VCA students, this theatrical collective seemed to have hit the floor running from the get go, and it’s been serious business ever since.
All those goals emerging theatre companies have on their “to-do” list Ranters have seamlessly ticked off. From touring extensively and regularly overseas to becoming part of the international arts festival circuit, Ranters Theatre holds a clear place in both the local and international theatre scene with what they call their “raw” theatrical work.
