‘Day One. A Hotel, Evening’, the final play in this year’s 10th anniversary of independent theatre company, Red Stitch is something of a coup, a world premiere of the latest play to be penned by acclaimed Melbourne-based playwright Joanna Murray-Smith.
‘I know Joanna’s long admired and had respect for the company, which was also why she was quite keen to start to form a relationship with them and get one of her shows done here,’ says Director, Gary Abrahams.
