How big data targets new audiences

Data can help to identify your audience but, just as importantly, it can help to find audiences that have been overlooked, delegates were told at this year’s Performing Arts Connections (PAC) conference in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

Anne Torreggiani, CEO of UK data consultants The Audience Agency, said that sometimes data can radically shift an organisation’s perception of what it does.
