Isn’t it those awful moments when you completely forget your lines or freeze up or worse when it seems like the casting director just hates you and you can’t do anything right? Plenty of actors think they’ve had too many disasters to name but they might not have all been as bad as they thought.
Marea Jablonski Head of BGM Agency in Melbourne has had many actors over the years call her after auditions saying they’ve been a disaster and they were never going to get that job. ‘And that’s the job they get,’ she says. But certainly she says sometimes it’s just not their day. They misread the signs and end up digging themselves into a hole.
