As announceables go, this one was not a biggie: $3.4 million over four years to help funding arts traineeships nationally. Federal Minister for the Arts Tony Burke, no doubt busy with his onerous responsibilities in the Immigration portfolio, left it to Parliamentary Secretary Michael Danby to make the speech.
