Update: In light of the threat of COVID-19, Sydney Writers’ Festival has suspended ticket sales as of Friday 13 March. The organisation made this statement:
‘In light of the advice from Australia’s Chief Medical Officer, Sydney Writers’ Festival has suspended ticket sales. The situation is developing rapidly, and we are following worldwide updates as well as the advice of the Australian Government, New South Wales Government, the Chief Medical Officer and the World Health Organisation.
