We all have those days where everything seems to go wrong. But instead of crawling into bed and pulling the covers over your head, you’ll have to face your place of employment without breaking into tears. Believe it or not, this can be achieved.

The best way to survive is to avoid conflict with others. When you’re sad or irritable, arguments with co-workers or customers can quickly escalate, so the best way to avoid such things is to avoid interaction. This doesn’t mean you should be rude and unresponsive, it simply means that you should consider keeping a polite distance until you feel like you will be able to deal with all human interactions in an appropriate manner.
