Looking for a job while you already have one can be riddled with problems, especially if you don’t have a good relationship with your boss (hey, that could be why you’re looking in the first place!), but it doesn’t have to be impossible.
Despite the restrictions of the current world economy, there is room to move and luckily enough we live in a place that is still (touch wood) coping with the global financial crisis quite well and there are ways to job seek while you’re still in your current role that don’t involve burning bridges or damaging professional relationships.
