Arts recruitment for sector recovery

Changing expectations and a competitive job market means that recruiters need to think differently.

Job security, a stable income and flexible working arrangements, have taken priority for employees through the onslaught of COVID.

This brought along a significant downturn on the rate of job applications in Australia, as SEEK data recently revealed that applications per job ad are down 32% compared to two years ago. Furthermore, the number of applications made by each candidate has also fallen 15% on average.
