Visual artists who lost opportunities during COVID are being encouraged to apply for the National Capital Art Prize.
Offering $45,000 in prize money, the new national competition allows entrants to paint any vision, including portraits, landscapes or abstracts, and use any medium including oil, acrylic, watercolour, mixed media, or pencil.
Director and Founder of the National Capital Art Prize, Bob Stephens, said the prize presents a unique opportunity for artists.
