Federal government allocates over $2 million to support 29 regional tours

Almost $2.5 million in funding has been allocated by the Federal Government to support tours to more than 250 locations around the country.

Twenty-nine tours across a range of artforms including music, theatre and dance have been supported by the latest round of Playing Australia, the Regional Performing Arts Touring program, and the Australia Council’s Contemporary Music Touring program.

Almost $2.5 million in funding has been allocated by the Federal Government across the two programs to support tours to more than 250 locations around the country.
