We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team! If you’re passionate about health, wellness, beauty, and love bringing ideas to life through both digital and print design, this could be the perfect fit.

The Role

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll take charge of creating and curating stunning visuals and creative assets across all of our brand channels – from print (new product concepts, packaging, signage, brochures, expo booth design), to digital and e-commerce (website, advertising and everything in between) to ensuring each design brings our brands to life.

You’ll be working with multiple brands, helping to visually express their unique identities with the aim of growing brand recognition, awareness and supporting business growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Founder and Marketing Team, contributing from ideation to execution on key seasonal, brand and sales campaigns. You’ll also have the chance to manage all creative tasks from concept to delivery – whether it’s designing detailed packaging mockups, or assisting with product launches and lifestyle shoots. If you have a firm understanding of the beauty/wellness market with a strong ecommerce focus, we’d love to see your creative magic in action!

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging and visually stunning graphics across print and e-commerce channels, such as website, social media, emails, packaging, visual merchandising, and more.
• Ensure all creative assets align with the unique DNA of each of our brands.
• Manage the full design process from concept to final delivery for digital assets, including EDMs, Meta, TikTok, website, SEO/SEM and retail presentations.
• Production, delivery and scheduling of EDM’s in Klaviyo
• Create new brand identities and packaging concepts for new product development and new brands under Krumbled Group.
• Handle print designs including packaging, retailer POS, signage, brochures, merchandise and product mockups.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, product launches, special events/expos and new projects.
• Contribute fresh ideas to the team, while balancing creative freedom with maintaining brand guidelines.
• Create mood boards for new product launches and brand campaigns. Support photo and film shoots as required.
• Conceptualise influencer and press kits and deliver unique gifting ideas to market.
• Provide support to our team to ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within the wellness, FMCG, or beauty industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of beauty, FMCG, wellness, and related products.
• Solid experience creating impactful digital assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience with eCommerce software (Shopify) and EDM platforms (Klaviyo) is a must
• Experience in packaging design (from concept to final artwork) and creating product renders.
• Understanding of social media marketing practices and how design supports engagement.
• Excellent eye for detail, high standards of accuracy, and a creative flair.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A passion for telling a story visually and connecting with audiences through design.
• Bonus: Experience in photography, lifestyle shoots, and video content creation including post production editing.
