Senior Architect

– Develop and run the education sector with existing clients.

• Work hand in hand with directors to grow the education portfolio.
• Develop / mentor current/future staff.
• Have a say in the direction of travel across all education projects.

The Role

• Acquired Master’s or Degree in Architecture
• 6+ years full-time as a Registered Architect (or Project Leader) with local on-site practice experience
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred
• Design-focused Architect (a must)
• Excellent experience in construction documentation and detailing
• Must have preexisting relations within the education sector to pull upon and help grow the area (BD)
• Able to liaise with relevant Consultants, Council and Authorities to achieve the desired results
• Prepare and implement construction documentation (external help is available)
• Mentoring of staff (take them along the journey)
• Excellent communication skills
• Approachable and Driven
