Philanthropic Relationships Manager

Join Cementa as our Philanthropic Relationships Manager and play a pivotal role in securing the future of regional arts!

Location: Kandos, Central NSW (Wiradjuri Country)  

Contract: Part-time (250 hours across the term of the contract)  

Remuneration: $10,000 ($40 per hour)  

Start Date: May 1, 2025 

About Cementa:  

Cementa Inc. is a vibrant, artist-centred organisation cultivating contemporary art and community initiatives in regional NSW. From residencies and exhibitions to our flagship biennial Cementa Festival, we connect artists and communities while addressing key regional challenges like climate resilience and social renewal.  

The Role:

Working closely with the Creative Director and General Manager, you will:  

– Develop and implement a 2025 Philanthropic Strategy, including fundraising drives and a public crowdfunding campaign.  

– Organise an in-person supporter event and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.  

– Achieve a $20k fundraising target while engaging the supporter base through emails and face-to-face interactions.

Ideal Candidate:  

– Passionate about arts, community, and philanthropy.  

– Experienced in fundraising, donor relations, or partnership development.  

– Strong communicator with a knack for creative engagement.
