Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Kollab Recruitment Group are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer with a passion for recruitment marketing to join our growing team on a part-time basis 2-3 days a week. We specialise in a collaborative approach to candidates and clients specialising in Aged Care, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Blue Collar, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality graphics for recruitment marketing materials, including job ads, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand campaign objectives and produce visually compelling designs that engage and attract candidates and clients.
• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Adapt designs for various platforms, including digital, social, print, and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency across all creative assets while ensuring creativity and originality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and recruitment marketing.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Digital Design software (Figma and Canva)
• Experience designing for recruitment marketing or human resources campaigns is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms – Hootsuite preferred
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging design concepts.
• Knowledge of current design trends, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Be able to work proactively, autonomously and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
