About The Role Tous Studio aligns with unique, renowned industry leaders and clientele on creatively fulfilling projects. As an emerging studio, we are seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role works closely with the studio Directors on interior focused spaces across retail, workplace, residential and wellness. You will assist in various stages of the design process, from conceptual development to project execution, ensuring that our design team has the support they need.

About You You are a motivated individual with a passion for interiors and design. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to learn from and contribute to our experienced team. Here are some of the qualities we’re looking for:

_Strong design and industry based awareness _1-2 years’ industry post Graduate experience _A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or similar) _Strong Competency in Revit and Enscape _Experience and interest across Retail, Wellness and Workplace is preferred _All aspects of the design and construction processes and Statutory Authority regulations (Australian Standards, BCA requirements) _Strong design, documentation and communication skills _Eager to learn and develop your design skills _A positive, flexible attitude, willing to assist wherever needed _High attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Key Responsibilities

_Design documentation in Revit _Work collaboratively to deliver across all stages of interior design projects under the guidance of the Directors _Strong communication skills to negotiate and consult with clients, consultants and suppliers _Collaborate with the team throughout the design process with the ability to also work autonomously on projects as needed Why you will love Tous Studio

_Option for 30-38 hours per week – pending applicant and experience _We’re passionate about helping you grow, with opportunities for ongoing development and potential career progression within the team.
