Junior Graphic Designer

Bing Lee is one of the largest independent and family owned electrical retail business in Australia with 38 stores and distribution centres across the Greater Sydney Region, South & Central Coasts, Hunter, Mid North Coast, Canberra, Victoria and Queensland.

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design team within our Marketing Department in our Head Office. You will be responsible for producing engaging and professional assets in line with our brand guidelines.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital and print designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of professional experience looking to take the next step in their design career. As part of a valuable dynamic in-house marketing team committed to delivering high quality work including in-store POS, catalogues, press ads, event collateral, web and social media assets and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret design briefs and deliver innovative design solutions
• Create compelling graphics for print, web, social media, and other marketing materials
• Work autonomously and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
• Ensure design work is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet business objectives

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Related tertiary education or equivalent qualifications

Desirable:

Experience with After Effects (highly regarded but not essential)

                        You must be a permanent resident with full work rights in Australia.
