About the role

Sitting in the Brand & Design function, as Junior Animator & Videographer, you’ll create engaging animation and video content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce videos for various platforms, including social media, web, and digital advertising campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for storytelling and visual communication to refine their craft and grow their skills from within a bold and ambitious end-to-end marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Video production: Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for various marketing campaigns, social media content, explainer videos and internal communications purposes.
• Animation: Use animation and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create compelling animations and motion graphics that convey complex ideas in an engaging way.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and concepts for video projects.
• Post-Production: Perform video editing, colour correction, sound design and other post-production tasks to ensure the final product meets the company’s quality standards.

What will you bring?

We are open to meeting candidates who are either strong animators and/or strong videographers. Having capabilities across both animation and videography is an advantage, but not essential. The job title will be adjusted accordingly, based on your specific expertise, and level of experience.

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in Animation, Videography, Film Production or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation and video editing skills. (please provide as part of your application)
• Proficiency in animation and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of cinematography, visual storytelling, and motion graphics principles.
• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
