Interior Designer - Design and Construct
We are seeking experienced Interior Designers to join one of Sydney’s leading Commercial Design & construction companies. Specialising in projects between $200K-$3M.

The role:
- Concept Development: Lead the creation of innovative design concepts that align with client goals and project specifications.
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial client meetings to final installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, including plans, specifications, and materials lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
