Graphic Designer - Signwriting

Position Overview:

This is a full-time permanent position located at our head office in Winnellie NT. This role operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, offering an hourly rate of $38-$45p/h (dependant on experience).

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional communication and customers service skills, reliability, accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will have the ability to follow jobs through from start to finish including, client interaction, production, and installation.

• Must hold qualifications or proven experience in signage design
• Designing and creating signs and graphics using computer software such as Versaworks, Signlab, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe PDF
• Generate design proofs, colour options, and accommodate revisions.
• Logo and branding designs according to client specifications.
• Finalise artwork and prepare print ready files
• Ability to liaise with customers, respond to proposals, sketches, and written instructions to determine composition of signs.
• Previous large format digital print & laminating experience is an advantage.
• General knowledge of workshop machinery, specifically Roland printers and Mimaki plotter (vinyl cutter) will be an advantage.
• Assist in production, printing, cutting, weeding and preparing graphics
• Drivers licence required
