The Opportunity

Join our fun and dynamic team as an In-House Graphic Designer! In this role, you’ll assist with a wide range of marketing collateral, both print and digital, including web assets, catalogues, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in photoshoots, helping to bring our brand’s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Creation:

  • Develop and produce print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets.
  • Collaborate on design projects for promotional materials, event signage, and internal communications.

2. Photoshoot Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, including setting up, styling, finding a venue and coordinating with videographer and models.
  • Edit and retouch photos as needed for marketing use.

3. Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and relevant.

4. Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective visual communication strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design concepts.

6. Feedback and Revisions:

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs based on input.
  • Present design concepts clearly and confidently to team members and leadership.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Degree in Graphic Design is preferrable
  • Working knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite tools is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to clearly justify concepts with appropriate research and rationale
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism
  • Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation
  • Willingness to learn and try new things.
