We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our growing marketing team. Working directly with our Senior Graphic Designer within the eCommerce / Retail Marketing Team.

You will Develop and deliver creative content that will build brand equity and drive commercial results across our digital and retail channels. Support the development of sales tools, marketing calendars and style guides to ensure roll out of campaigns and other seasonal initiatives.

You will champion the brand identity across our brands and adhere to internal and external stakeholder design guidelines when applicable. Collaborate with the internal team, stakeholders and external agencies to deliver innovative design solutions that elevate our brands and product storytelling.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Work with the Design and Marketing team to create campaigns for all channels
• Support the retail interior and create window concepts for retail stores and execute all deliverables with external printers.
• Liaise with the marketing and design team to influence international brand guidelines and execution of campaigns in-store and online.
• Design weekly, seasonal and triggered emails.
• Create dynamic omni-channel emails and content around the CRM and lifecycle program.
• Create digital marketing graphics (including video and animation), including Google Paid, Social Media and other advertisements
• Work directly with the Senior Graphic Designer within the Marketing Team to introduce new and innovative ideas around digital design and implementation to drive sales.
• Liaise with the internal teams to make sure all designs are aligned with retail and greater market.
• Research new best practices for email marketing campaigns and eCommerce
• Coordinate and support up-to-date image photo accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms and websites
• Collaborate with and support design team members in all retail platforms.
• Assist and support up-to-date creative designs across all websites and emails.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
• Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
• You have a demonstrated a record of bringing new ideas to market
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver a consistently high standard of work—all while meeting deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills
• Comfortable with workflow management tools and other digital platforms
• Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail or wholesale

Technical Competencies (required)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects)
• Basic editing knowledge in Premiere Pro
