Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract. This role would be hybrid, with our office based in Melbourne CBD.

About The Role

We have a Full-Time, 12-month parental leave cover position available to join our team in Melbourne as a Graphic Designer. Reporting to the CX Delivery Lead, this role will play a critical part in visually communicating with impactful and consistent brand imagery to achieve maximum engagement for our current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to “Creative Briefs” from the Marketing team to create digital and print designs within our brand guidelines, to achieve maximum audience engagement
  • Translate ideas from concept to execution to communicate clear, impactful messages with effective user experiences
  • Design, produce and manage outstanding digital advertising and print designs to support communications and campaign activity
  • Create on brand creative content such as infographics, social media ads, social media posts, video content, website visuals, animations, interactive content, EDM’s and visual elements for the website
  • Creation of finished artwork for print from concept to completion
  • Work with Performance Lead and external agency to ensure understanding of briefs, timelines and creative output

The Experience We Are Looking For

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a digital design role
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Strong design and creative skills, including creating high-quality print and digital artwork from start to finish
  • Experience in an advertising or digital agency would be favourable
  • Ability to understand and enhance marketing strategies with new ideas
