EnergyAustralia

Graphic Designer

About Us Globally, energy markets are in transition to a net zero future and the entities within these markets are transforming their underlying business models to ensure that they stay relevant, sustainable and profitable. As one of Australia’s largest energy providers, we are proud of our purpose to lead and accelerate the clean energy transformation for all.

This is where you come in!

About the Role Reporting to the Studio Leader, we have a fantastic role for a Graphic Designer to join the team dedicated to delivering high-impact marketing communications and materials to market. In this role, you will utilise your creative flair and be responsible for providing design skills to develop assets for both traditional and digital platforms such as direct mail, EDM, flyers, videos, press, digital display advertising, OLV, posters and more, to support campaigns, communications and alliances.

As a trusted expert, you’ll work in partnership with our copywriter to support a range of internal stakeholders with design-related inquiries, utilising your expertise and knowledge of industry best practices to recommend and produce high-quality marketing collateral to optimise business objectives. You’ll also take projects from brief to final production and be a brand champion, ensuring the EnergyAustralia brand is applied consistently and to the highest standard.

About You Naturally, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field such as Graphic Design. Right now, you may be in an agency role with a good understanding the principles of consumer, business, and brand advertising. You may also be in a design role wanting to consolidate your digital, on-line video skills in a dynamic industry. You are a creative thinker, with great problem-solving skills and enjoy stakeholder management, planning, and service delivery.

You will also need the following:

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Animate, and Premiere Pro
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and another design-related coding would be highly regarded.
  • Coordinating multiple projects at once and under tight deadlines
