Job Description – Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is suited to a Junior Graphic Designer eager to grow their career in a highly creative and experienced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of design tasks, from editing and retouching imagery to creating compelling internal and external brand assets.

How will you contribute?

  • Edit and retouch all imagery, including campaign shoots, studio shoots, and DISSH content.
  • Design all internal documents and assets as required by the business.
  • Own the monthly creation of the internal digital newspaper.
  • Design and coordinate store internal and external signage.
  • Manage ongoing print and packaging design project tasks.
  • Create brand assets for various channels, including but not limited to: Automations, EDM Asset creation and PR Lookbooks.
  • Support in the creation of content where required.
  • Coordinate and support the monthly creation of etched PR imagery.
  • Learn and support in the creative content creation process, with opportunities for upskilling and future growth.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, visual arts or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a personal connection to the DISSH aesthetic and brand.
