Our client is a leading property developer in Brisbane, with an impressive pipeline of over $1.5 billion in multi-residential and mixed-use projects. As their company grows, we are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team in shaping the future of Brisbane’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, renders, and animations for their multi-residential and mixed-use property projects.
• Collaborate with their development team to conceptualise and execute marketing materials that effectively communicate our vision.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all project visuals.
• Produce high-quality renderings and animations that bring their architectural designs to life.
• Assist in the creation of brochures, presentations, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Work closely with architects, marketing, and sales teams to ensure visual coherence and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the property development sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in renders and animation, with a focus on multi-residential or property-related projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into engaging visual content.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
