Graphic and Digital Designer

  • Take a lead in bringing the Kleenheat brand to life across digital, sponsorship activations and more
  • Own the in-house Graphic Design function, maintaining Kleenheat brand guidelines, acting as brand guardian and managing workflow through the team

About the role

We’re excited to welcome a new Graphic and Digital Designer to our dynamic Marketing team in Murdoch, reporting into the Campaign Marketing Manager!

You will….

  • Ideate and lead the creative direction for Kleenheat brand activations, such as sponsorship events, and design print, presentation, and event collateral.
  • Collaborate with agencies and production companies to oversee video and photography projects, ensuring all in-house content aligns with the brand narrative and external advertising.
  • Design and create organic and paid social media posts, digital banners, and email templates.
  • Manage the production of marketing content such as e-books and infographics, and develop user-centric designs for landing pages from wireframes.
  • Establish design standards across the business and create compelling content that drives audience engagement across all channels.
  • Manage the processes and systems that ensure the efficient operation of the in-house design team.
  • Manage and organize brand media assets such as logos, collateral, photos, style guides, documents, videos, and animations, ensuring easy access for stakeholders.
  • Develop tools and resources to uphold brand integrity and consistency, including style guides, templates, and letterheads.
  • Ensure all email marketing and sales activities comply with relevant marketing, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

You have….

  • Bachelor qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a relevant degree.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to interpret and define creative briefs and deliver high-quality executions from concept development through to final production.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, content creation and animated social campaigns.
  • Demonstrated highly developed graphic design skills (both technical and conceptual) with the ability to translate designs and concepts across a variety of media – Advanced knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate and Indesign.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Showcased knack for juggling multiple projects and hitting tight deadlines.
  • Current knowledge and awareness of the design, digital, and publishing industries.
  • Ambition with the ability to self-motivate.
  • Ability to cultivate productive customer relationships.
