About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our studio and contribute to a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile and large-scale architectural projects.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Contribute to design and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare and present design concepts, including graphic requirements and presentations.
- Assist with site activities as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Graduate of Architecture.
- Experience working on large-scale projects such as mixed-use, health, infrastructure, or residential developments.
- Strong design skills and a passion for innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Well-developed drafting and technical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to deliver solutions efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle conflicting priorities.
